We collect the following additional types of personal information from the Users and applicants who complete the investment intake form:
- Investment Application Information: We collect personal information from the company or individuals who apply to receive investment funds from InBC. This includes an applicant’s first and last name, email address, phone number and pitch decks.
- Personal Information Automatically Collected When Using the Website
Technical and Usage Information: We collect the User’s IP address and web browser type and information about the sections of the Website visited, the date and time of the User’s use of the Website and in-media time, the URLs visited before and after the User’s use of the Website and certain content that the User downloads from the Website.
Cookies: The Website uses cookies. These are the files that your web browser stores on your computer. The cookies remain on your computer after your session is completed. They do not store any personally identifiable information. They store a unique identifier so we may track our Website visitors at an aggregate level. - DealCloud is a CRM software that InBC uses to help manage and organize our customer relationships efficiently.
- WordPress is used for creating and managing our Website. We use WordPress plugins, including but not limited to, Gravity Forms and ACF plugins to enhance our WordPress-managed Website.
- Webnames.ca is our web hosting service that provides secure and reliable hosting solutions for our Website.
Your personal information accessible by our service providers outside of Canada may be subject to access in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
